When shopping for a new bath mat there are a few questions you should be asking yourself.

What size bath mat is best for my bathroom? A standard bath mat measures approximately 50 x 80cm, where as smaller bath mats (known also as shower mats), which are square in size is becoming more trendy.

What material should my bath mat be? If you're looking for something thick and luxurious that'll withstand daily use after dozens of washes, cotton is your friend. If you live in a busy household where your bath mat gets a lot of use each day, a quick-drying microfibre bath mat will be a good choice.
