These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy or any other policy referred to in these terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of and access to the Website. These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of any product including any order placed by you for any product over the Website.

Terms may be changed and updated from time to time and any changes will be effective from the publication of the new terms on the Website. Every time you wish to order products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

You agree that the information you provide when placing an order is true and accurate in all respects. We only use your personal information for the purposes detailed in our Privacy Policy (e.g.: dealing with orders and accounts, processing payments). Any content you upload to our Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Company have the right to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, exploit, modify, alter and/or disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights or of their right to privacy.

We may deny you access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion when we believe that your use of the Website is in violation of any of these Terms, any law or the rights of any third party or was not respectful to others.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our site and you hereby agree to be responsible to Company for and indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs, damages, expenses, losses and liabilities incurred and/or suffered by us as a result of any claim in respect of your use of the Website.

Orders

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us by email at store@allurebathfashions.co.uk or by post using the address given above.

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to the Company to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and the Company for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY

We use world class shipping & logistic services such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce and DHL. Order ships in 1-2 business days after payment is processed. All orders will be dispatched on a 48 hour tracked service. All shipments are signed for at point of delivery. If no one is available to collect, a card will be left advising the consignee of options and to contact the carrier. If re-delivery is not arranged, or the item is not collected within 48 hours, or returned by the carrier after re-attempts, re-delivery charges will apply. Delivery charges cannot be refunded for failed deliveries. Delivery charges for UK orders are £4.95 or free if over the value of £40.

For overseas orders, shipping costs will be automatically calculated once you reach the checkout page depending on the size and weight of your order. 

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

You should bear in mind that buying textiles over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in a store. You will need to be aware of the following:

Colour: We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. Please note that colours may vary slightly in images shown on our website. This is due to photography lighting and natural fibre products.

Care: Dark colours need to be washed separately. All linens shed some fibres during few initial washes. Therefore they should be washed alone and/or inside a pillowcase to retain the fibres. Washing Machine and Tumble dryer filters should be cleaned regularly. Always refer to the care instructions provided on the product care label as they are specific to the nature of the product. We cannot be liable for any damage to your clothes, washing machine, tumble dryer, carpets, flooring & fittings due to not complying with the washing instructions given.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to display through this Website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping cart. You can choose to receive a single delivery if some items in your order are out of stock, please tick the box to request a single shipment in the checkout delivery page. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation.

PRICES

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to buy with confidence.

That's why, if you are in the UK, you can return your item(s) free of charge, in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact, using Royal Mail Tracked Returns within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund for your goods.

To return your order please print & attach your Royal Mail free post label to the front of your parcel. You can create your label by clicking here.

Royal Mail Tracked Returns

Please follow these steps:

  1. Provide the details requested by Royal Mail.
  2. Ensure the parcel is packaged up securely.
  3. Take it to a Customer Service Point, Post Office, Parcel Postbox or arrange a Collection.
  4. We recommend retaining your Post Office receipt as proof of return. 
  5. You can track your return online using the Royal Mail Track and Trace service.

If you do not have access to a printer, please show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code and they will take care of the rest.

Returns are likely to take 2-3 working days to reach their final destination. Please allow 3-5 working days for the return to be processed and the refund to be initiated. You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund is processed. The refund will be sent to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact. If any returned item(s) has been tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be returned to the customer. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has been received in error or is genuinely faulty.
  • If you experience any issues with the Royal Mail returns service, please email our customer support team at store@allurebathfashions.co.uk. 
  • Please make sure you understand and accept the Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

Returning from outside of the UK:

  • If you wish to return your order from outside of the UK, unfortunately you will not be able to send goods back via the Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal. 
  • Please note that unless your goods have been received in error, you will liable for the cost of return.
  • To arrange a return from outside of the UK, please email our customer support team at store@allurebathfashions.co.uk. 

Requesting an exchange:

  • If you wish to return your item in exchange for another one of our products, please email our customer support team at store@allurebathfashions.co.uk and they will advise on how to proceed within one working day. 

Offer terms and conditions

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

From time to time Company run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. We refer to these collectively as our "Promotional Offers". All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order both on-line and in-store. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:

  1. They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
  2. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
  3. They are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website or in stores, they cannot be used outside of that period;
  4. If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund; and;
  5. All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

VOUCHER CODES

On occasions, the Company will release Voucher Codes via email or other marketing channels. The Voucher Codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified on the marketing communication. To apply the Voucher Code online enter it as requested during the Check Out process. The discount will then be applied to your order, subject to the terms and conditions below:

  1. Voucher Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
  2. Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
  3. Voucher Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that period;

  5. Voucher Codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement may be requested;
  6. All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of shopping codes may result in the cancellation of your order;

  8. Specific offer terms and conditions are provided with each Voucher Code - for specific information relevant to that offer, please refer to marketing material on which it is featured.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and inquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or, implied that the use of this Website or the placing of any order through this Website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
