We use world class shipping & logistic services like FedEx, DHL, DPD, Interlink and ParcelForce. Order ships in 2 business days after payment is processed. Transit time is usually 1-2 business days. All shipments are Signed for at point of delivery. If no one is available to collect, a card will be left advising the consignee of options and to contact the carrier. If re-delivery is not arranged, or the item is not collected within 48 hours, or returned by the carrier after re-attempts, re-delivery charges will apply. Delivery charges cannot be refunded for failed deliveries.
